TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using PlacarPro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. PlacarPro is operated by Guiven ("we", "us").

2. The Service

PlacarPro is a web application and broadcast overlay tool for sports streamers. The Service lets you configure teams, connect live match data, and stream a scoreboard overlay to OBS Studio or similar software. Features vary by plan (Free / Pro).

3. Account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under it. Accounts are personal - you can't share, sell, or transfer them. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or harm other users.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe (USD/EUR/MXN) or Hotmart (BRL). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal - access continues until the end of the current period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of the first charge, no questions asked. After that window, no refunds for partial billing cycles. Contact support to request.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal broadcasts or copyright infringement
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense without written permission
• Abuse the API-Football integration (exceed reasonable limits, scrape data)
• Upload malicious content or impersonate other brands/teams

7. Third-party services

We use API-Football (match data), Stripe/Hotmart (payments), Resend (email), and Twitch/Google/Kick (sign-in). Their terms apply when you interact with them.

8. Intellectual property

PlacarPro branding, overlay designs, and source code are our property. Content you upload (team names, logos, goal sounds) remains yours - you grant us a license to display it via your overlay. You're responsible for having rights to what you upload.

9. Availability and warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. We're not liable for missed broadcasts, lost viewers, or any indirect damages.

10. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, access ends immediately — team presets and settings are deleted after 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
